PES Basics - WBT

This course provides all state employees, including employees, supervisors, and second level reviewers, with information about the importance of a performance evaluation system and the history of performance evaluations within the state of Louisiana.

PES Evaluation Process - WBT

This course covers the complete evaluation process utilized by the Performance Evaluation System (PES). It consists of three separate but equally accessible learning paths for supervisors, employees, and 2nd Level Evaluators.

PES Forms - WBT
Title in LEO: CPTP PES Forms WBT

This course provides PES forms users with directions for completing each step of the PES form. Also included is a comprehensive demonstration of the Bank of Expectations web-based application. This course is intended as a support tool for state supervisors using the State Civil Service provided form to complete the PES process. It is not a part of the State Civil Service Commission mandated training requirement for PES training.
