Generally, decisions are loaded to this web site 10 days after the Appeals Division renders them on paper.
Caution: some of the decisions here, when copied to the website, lost their internal quotation marks and apostrophes.
Note: Change in procedure effective 10/9/2006. Any decision issued by the Commission or a Referee that is on this website may
now be cited, quoted and referred to in any pleading, argument or brief even if the decision is designated "NOT FOR STATEWIDE DISTRIBUTION."

Search using one of these methods:
- General Search: Use when searching on a single word or docket number. A search by docket number returns the decision
in that appeal and any decision that cites it.
- Advanced Search: Use when searching for more than one word or a phrase. A search for more than one word returns
decisions containing any of the words searched on. A search for a phrase returns decisions containing the phrase. Use the search
by phrase when searching by employee name. Your initial criteria must be a search for specific words or a phrase. Your second and
third criteria can either specify words or a phrase that must be within your first selection or words or a phrase that
must not be within your first selection.
