This course provides all state employees, including employees, supervisors, and second level reviewers, with information about the importance of a performance evaluation system and the history of performance evaluations within the state of Louisiana.

PES Forms
LaGov Learning Course Title: SCS CPTP PES Forms

This course provides PES forms users with directions for completing each step of the PES form. Also included is a comprehensive demonstration of the Bank of Expectations web-based application. This course is intended as a support tool for state supervisors using the State Civil Service provided form to complete the PES process. It is not a part of the State Civil Service Commission mandated training requirement for PES training.
