Dwuena Wyre
Dwuena C. Wyre is a graduate of
Grambling
State
University
, and has a Master’s Degree
in Public Administration from
Louisiana
State
University
. In December of 2005 she earned the
designation of “Certified Training Professional” from the
University
of
Southern
Mississippi
’s Jack and Patti Phillips Workplace
Learning and Performance Institute. Dwuena is currently the Human Resources Assistant Division Administrator
in the Training & Workforce Development Division. Dwuena manages the Training Team and conducts
training classes for state supervisors and managers, human resource
professionals and the Eula L. Vernell Mentoring
Program participants. Dwuena has been a
speaker at various professional conferences and workshops and has successfully
worked on numerous special projects for the Department of Civil Service. During
her tenure at Civil Service she has worked in the Compensation Division,
Program Assistance Division and in Administration. Prior to working at Civil Service she was
employed by
Grambling
State
University
.
John DiCarlo
John has been
working for the State of
Louisiana
since 1994. Prior to joining the public sector to work for the State of
Louisiana
in 1994, John
worked for 11 years in the private sector. John began his career with the
state, working in Human Resources for an agency in
New Orleans
from 1994-2000. In September
2000, John transferred to the Department of State Civil Service, where he
served as a Human Resources Auditor in the Accountability Division from 2000 to
2002. In 2002, he left the Accountability Division to join the Training Team at
the Department of State Civil Service. He has served in that role since that
time. John is a graduate of the
University
of
New Orleans
with a
Bachelor of Arts Degree in Communications. He is a member of the American
Society of Training and Development (ASTD), the Society of Human Resources
Management (SHRM), and the Certified Public Manager Society (CPM).
John received his Certificate in Supervisory
Techniques (CST) designation in 1998.
John is currently serving as the elected
President of the Louisiana Association for
Training and Organizational Development (LATOD).
Darrel Lewis
Darrel Lewis is a graduate of
Louisiana State University, and has a Master’s
Degree in Workforce Training and Development
from the University Southern Mississippi. He was
awarded his Professional in Human Resources
certification in 2004 by the Society of Human
Resources Management. Darrel currently serves as
a Learning & Development Consultant for the
Louisiana Department of State Civil Service
(DSCS). He is responsible for developing,
conducting, and evaluating training courses for
state supervisors/managers and human resources
professionals. Darrel is also a member of the
American Society for Training and Development,
National Association for Government Training and
Development, and the Louisiana Association for
Training and Organizational Development.
Lakeisha Robichaux
Lakeisha Robichaux holds a
Bachelor of Science in Business Administration
and Business Management from University of New
Orleans, and has a Master’s Degree in Business
Administration from University of Phoenix. Prior
to joining the public sector to work for the
State of Louisiana, Lakeisha worked 9 years in
the private sector for notable companies such as
CVS Pharmacy and Save-A-Lot. Her private sector
experience includes managing, consulting, and
training in the human resources field. Lakeisha
is a member of the American Society of Training
and Development (ASTD), the Society of Human
Resources Management (SHRM), and the Louisiana
Chapter for Recruiting Professionals.
