  1. You are entering your userid/password correctly.
    You are entering a zero in your userid, not the letter "o".
    You are entering your password in lower case letters. 
  2. Accessing a site that requires authentication by using a bookmark does not always work. Access HR Info from the contents frame on our home page.
  3. The site is best accessed using a newer version of Internet Explorer.  We have found that Netscape users cannot always get past the authentication.
