  The agency recently revised this handbook and published it in electronic form on the DSS intranet. The handbook contains links to DSS policies and Chapter 13 of the Civil Services Rules on appeals. By publishing its handbook in electronic form with links to DSS personnel policies, the agency has given its employees access to policies and procedures that can be more readily updated. This ensures access to the most current version of agency policy and eliminates the need to distribute paper updates and revisions.
